Although they were knowledgeable about Wix and the website turned out nice, the communication on the project was not good. I had to reach out to them a couple times after the expected delivery date passed and when waiting for revisions. Also, after some adjustments were made on the site, I felt rushed to wrap up.

I am infinitely glad that I was able to find CCS Interactive through Wix. CCS' Michael Couper was just incredibly thoughtful and helpful with a particularly thorny and increasingly confounding issue I was having with a website DNS transfer and an email migration. He was an incredibly good listener and really sought to understand not just the immediate thing I needed done but he understood *why*. This was incredibly helpful because it allowed him to ask questions that I would not have otherwise considered.  I now have the precise email and website setup that I needed to launch a sub-brand of my business and I feel about a thousand times more confident that things are really going to work well.
